Who we are

mySolutions Software Solutions ("mySolutions", "we", "us") is a South African company, established in 2003, based at Boardwalk Office Park, Phase 5, Block C, Suite 4C, Boardwalk Boulevard, Valley Farm AH, Pretoria, 0081. We are the responsible party for the personal information described in this notice.

What this website collects

This website is a set of static pages. It does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics profiling, and it does not ask you to create an account.

Our hosting and security provider processes standard technical data needed to serve and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used only to deliver the site, keep it available and defend against attacks.

If you contact us by email or telephone using the details on this site, we receive whatever information you choose to send us.

Information we hold about clients and prospects

In the course of providing implementation and support services we may process:

  • Business contact details — name, job title, work email address, work telephone number.
  • Correspondence — enquiries, support requests and related records.
  • Service records — information needed to deliver, support and invoice the services you have asked for.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for third-party marketing.

Why we process it, and on what basis

We process personal information to respond to enquiries, to deliver and support the services agreed with you, to meet our contractual and legal obligations, and to protect our systems. Our lawful bases under POPIA are the performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interests in operating the business, and consent where consent is required.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, or for as long as legislation requires us to retain it. Records with no continuing business or legal purpose are securely deleted.

Sharing and cross-border transfer

We share personal information only where necessary: with service providers who host or protect our systems, with software vendors where required to deliver support you have requested, and where the law compels disclosure.

Some providers may process data outside South Africa. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure the information is afforded a level of protection comparable to POPIA.

Security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to systems, and monitoring. No system is completely secure, but we take our obligations seriously and act promptly on any incident.

Your rights under POPIA

You have the right to:

  • Ask what personal information we hold about you and request access to it.
  • Ask us to correct or delete information that is inaccurate, irrelevant, excessive, out of date or unlawfully obtained.
  • Object to processing in certain circumstances.
  • Withdraw consent, where our processing relies on consent.
  • Complain to the Information Regulator.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before we act on a request.
